"4Life employees were among hundreds of key industry leaders who participated in this year’s Direct Selling Association (DSA) Be Connected Conference in Henderson, Nevada. The annual event is designed as a best practices exchange to better equip corporate employees to serve independent distributors.

The focus of this year’s curriculum included social media, field development, and innovative marketing solutions. 4Life Web Services Director Nelson Altamirano was among the conference speakers. The focus of his presentation was on microsites, mobile technology, and ways that corporations can leverage technology to support leaders in the field.

Participation in these types of events distinguishes 4Life as a leader in the industry. Nelson’s presentation was important because it highlighted many ways in which we exceed our competitors in terms of the kind of online tools and resources we offer the field: mobile-ready websites, social media platforms, in-depth splash sites, and extensive back office reporting are just a few of the online opportunities that we invest in for our distributors.

4Life is good standing member in more than a dozen Direct Selling Associations (DSA) around the world, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Korea, Philippines, Colombia, Taiwan, Ecuador, Mexico, Thailand, Chile, Spain, and Indonesia.

The segment will air live from Studio 2A at the Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, New York. The Lisonbees will represent Foundation 4Life® and 4Life distributors around the world with a retail value donation in excess of $330,000 USD.

This year's donation includes 2,500 backpacks filled with school supplies, 2,500 toys (a cow pillow pet and remote control truck), 2,500 tubes of enummi® toothpaste with a toothbrush, and 2,500 bottles of 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewable Tri-Factor® Formula.

We wanted 4Life's donation to tell a story about some elements central to the 4Life brand,

Glenn Dobson is an extreme distance runner and Ironman Triathlete. He has raced in the United States, Canada, Korea, France, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, and Great Britain. In 2011, he competed in The Marathon Des Sables, a week-long endurance race across 156 miles of the Sahara Desert.

Three weeks later, he completed his 20th Ironman Triathlon and was selected for the Australian Triathlon team to race in the 2011 World Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he represented Team 4Life and 4Life distributors around the world.
