Glutamine Prime and 4Life Team member

4Life executives are proud to announce Anna Rüh as Team 4Life’s first-ever German athlete and discus thrower. Anna began her athletic career in 2007 as a national-level competitor in the heptathlon. The heptathlon is a track and field event composed of the 100-meter hurdle, high jump, shot put, 200-meter dash, long jump, javelin throw, and 800-meter run. Showing great promise with her arm as a thrower, she turned to the discus event to concentrate on her discipline. Anna competed in the Summer Olympic Games in London in 2012. She took first place in discus at the World Junior Championships in Barcelona, Spain, with a throw of 62.38 meters. Her personal best is 63.14 meters or more than 207 feet. Born in 1993, Anna joins Team 4Life as among its youngest members.
“I believe that my qualification for the Olympic Games at the age of only eighteen is part of the reason I’ve been invited to join this select group of Team 4Life athletes,” she says.

“I can assure 4Life distributors that my performance in the future will justify the confidence I’ve received from 4Life executives.”
Team 4Life is a group of world-renowned athletes who excel in their disciplines and endorse 4Life Transfer Factor® products. Other Team 4Life athletes include Super Bowl Champion Sam Madison, 2010 Baseball World Series Most Valuable Player (MVP) Edgar Rentería, winner on all-four major tours Ian-Baker Finch, NFL Denver Broncos Center Manny Ramirez, and many others. When asked about the 4Life product line, Anna points to her use of 4Life® NanoFactor® Glutamine Prime®.
“I use Glutamine as part of my regular supplement regimen. My workouts are intense training sessions. I enjoy 4Life products and having less time for recovery between my workouts.”
